Our Story
BuildOrgChart was founded with a simple observation: understanding your organization shouldn't require a spreadsheet wizard or expensive consultants. We started building Chartav.io to solve our own frustrations with organizational visibility. As teams grew and structures evolved, keeping track of who reports to whom, which teams were understaffed, and how the organization was really structured became increasingly difficult. Today, Chartav.io serves thousands of organizations worldwide, from 10-person startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. Our AI-powered platform doesn't just create beautiful org charts— it provides actionable insights that help leaders make better decisions about their most important asset: their people.
