After signing up, you can create an org chart by clicking 'New Org Chart' from your dashboard. You can start from scratch, import employees from a CSV file, or connect your HRIS for automatic sync.

Yes! We support CSV imports with flexible column mapping. Go to Settings → Import → CSV Upload and follow the guided import wizard. We'll automatically detect common column formats.

Go to Settings → Team → Invite Members. Enter their email addresses and select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer). They'll receive an email invitation to join your workspace.

Yes! You can export org charts as PNG, SVG, or PDF. Go to your org chart and click Export in the top toolbar. For API access, see our API documentation.

By default, data is stored in US data centers. EU data residency is available for enterprise customers upon request.
